Born in a small village in Mayiladuthurai district, Lalitha Agoram is a multi-passionate visionary who turned every life chapter into a mission. A graduate in B.E. Biomedical Engineering from Chennai, she began her career in healthcare, working as a Biomedical Engineer and Research Coordinator at reputed institutions like MIOT Hospitals.

While pursuing her dream of becoming an IAS officer, she also followed her passion for media and established herself as a powerful presence in Tamil journalism — anchoring at News 7 Tamil, All India Radio, and other esteemed platforms.

Her dedication to public service and youth empowerment saw her clear multiple stages of UPSC CSE and TNPSC exams, gaining rich experience in competitive exam strategy.

Driven by a deep desire to guide the next generation, she pursued M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology. Though her IAS dream remained incomplete, her true calling emerged in mentoring thousands of aspirants to find their right career path with ease and confidence.

As the co-founder of Examalert247.com, Lalitha is building a bridge between students and opportunity — ensuring that no youth is left behind due to lack of guidance.
