With a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Lalitha's career reflects a rare blend of science, technology, and human understanding. She began her professional journey in the healthcare sector, contributing to hospitals such as MIOT and research-based roles, where she developed a deep appreciation for innovation and service.

Driven by a passion for communication, she later emerged as a respected Tamil news presenter, becoming a trusted voice across leading media platforms. While journalism strengthened her ability to connect with people and understand society, it also revealed a deeper reality—the growing uncertainty, stress, and lack of career direction faced by countless young individuals.

This realization inspired a new purpose. As a mentor to UPSC and TNPSC aspirants, Lalitha guided students through one of the most demanding phases of their lives, helping them build not only knowledge but also confidence, resilience, and emotional strength. Those experiences ultimately led to the creation of Soulsera, a platform dedicated to empowering people to make informed career decisions and lead purpose-driven lives.
